B6 Real Estate Advisors is an innovative investment sales and capital advisory firm operating in both New York City and New Jersey. Known for its distinctive Territory Network model, the company ensures that each agent has deep expertise in their local markets. Project Goals
Founded in 2018, the firm was undergoing major structural changes and recognized the need to modernize its brand and marketing. They wanted a refreshed identity that would highlight them as a progressive, youthful, and forward-thinking New York business.
To achieve this, QFlux was brought in to lead the rebranding effort. Our design team developed a comprehensive design system that covered all marketing collateral, including ready-to-use templates based on the updated brand assets. As B6’s marketing channels grew, we established a unified strategy with clear guidelines spanning social media, email campaigns, and both online and offline materials.
In parallel, our developers and designers worked on B6’s existing WordPress website to ensure it aligned with the new brand identity. We improved the UI layout, optimized the UX for both desktop and mobile, and provided a consistent visual experience that matched the refreshed brand direction.
Our Process
Collaboration with the B6 team was essential. Through a series of Zoom sessions, we learned about their organizational structure, how marketing materials were being used in prospecting, and how they positioned themselves in the marketplace. These insights allowed our Creative Director and design team to craft a cohesive branding and marketing strategy that directly supported B6’s business goals.
Since the client wanted to maintain their existing WordPress infrastructure, we also identified potential technical limitations and provided solutions to ensure publishing, updating, and managing their content and listings would remain smooth.
Deliverables and Results
For the updated brand visuals, we introduced a clean and modern color scheme built around bold blues and greens, while reducing the reliance on secondary colors by 25%. This subtle shift gave the brand a fresher, more innovative look without straying from its established identity.
The outcome was a holistic, modernized brand identity: a streamlined and inclusive color palette, flexible templates empowering the in-house marketing team, and a cohesive website experience that elevated the brand’s credibility in the eyes of clients and partners.
