Title Genius is a Florida-based title company serving all counties across the state. True to its name, it delivers a faster, smarter, and more efficient closing experience for businesses across industries, helping real estate and commercial real estate professionals complete sales quickly and confidently.
When QFlux partnered with Title Genius, the company’s website was outdated, lacked core functionality, and failed to support a steady flow of clients. Our mission was to redesign and enhance the platform, creating a modern, customer-focused experience that would both attract new visitors and strengthen engagement with existing clients. The result had to reflect Title Genius’s professionalism, reliability, and commitment to simplifying the real estate closing process.
Although we didn’t build the design entirely from scratch, the project required significant refinement and development. Title Genius had previously worked with another design team and provided two initial page layouts. QFlux’s first task was to build upon these foundations, extending the design system across the rest of the site while infusing more personality, visual coherence, and brand identity. Our goal was to make the platform truly represent the company’s essence and communicate its value instantly.
Smooth navigation was another key priority. A well-structured user flow is crucial for a positive browsing experience, especially for clients seeking quick answers about title services. QFlux improved the information hierarchy, reorganized page connections, and implemented an intuitive navigation structure that allows users to find what they need without unnecessary clicks or confusion.
To enhance usability and business efficiency, the client also requested interactive features that would add real value for visitors. The most critical functionality included a Closing Cost Calculator, enabling customers to instantly estimate service costs, and interactive closing documents that guide users through the company’s process before they ever step into an office. These additions make the website not just informative but practically useful, improving transparency and building trust from the very first interaction.

We explored several visual and functional approaches, discussed the client’s preferences in detail, and refined each design iteration based on their input. During the visual design stage, QFlux sought to translate the company’s mission making closings effortless and enjoyable into a visual language. We selected a bright, uplifting color palette that evokes positivity and ease, mirroring the simplicity and speed of Title Genius’s services. Since the website contained substantial content, we chose clean, legible typography and used high-contrast color pairings to improve readability and ensure a light, welcoming interface.
To add emotional resonance, we introduced authentic imagery depicting people enjoying everyday life moments. These visuals convey a sense of relief and satisfaction. The very emotions clients experience when their closing process runs smoothly. Associating that feeling with the brand helps users connect with Title Genius on a more personal level.
Once the visual direction was finalized, we created a comprehensive style guide documenting all UI components, typography, and color standards. This ensures consistency across all future updates, allowing the client to expand or redesign the website while maintaining a cohesive and recognizable look.
The final product is a high-performing, multifunctional WordPress website that brings convenience and clarity to users. Clients can now quickly access information, calculate closing costs, and review interactive documents – all from one place.
