Qflux developed a vibrant new website for Flourish Management, a creative and talent management agency that connects brands and influencers, helping both sides grow and thrive together.
Our Art Director and UX analyst collaborated closely with the client to shape the project requirements and align them with business goals. During this process, it became clear that the agency’s core expertise and services weren’t being communicated effectively to users. The solution was to restructure the content for clarity, simplify category navigation, and ensure that photography remained at the forefront. All while preserving the brand’s bold and expressive character.
The final design struck a balance between simplicity and individuality, reflecting the agency’s young, trend-savvy audience. Visuals combined retro-inspired elements with modern touches such as pastel organic shapes and confident typography. Soft peach backgrounds created a warm stage for campaign imagery, highlighting the models and enhancing the brand’s distinctive aesthetic.
Because data is vital in the influencer space, performance statistics were placed at the center of the digital experience. Metrics are now prominently featured on the homepage, integrated into campaign case studies, and showcased on the talent page, reinforcing Flourish’s value to both brands and influencers.
